Please do not use this company anymore before u get scam. I have done a report for this at consumer committee . If anyone is going for travel with tourist guide, please don't use this company

โ โ โ โ โ Scammed? Then insist on a criminal investigation! Those of you who have been scammed by this company, it is outrageous that all the government (ministry of culture) ever said is to file a civil lawsuit! The government should treat this is a criminal case - if the prime minister Najib can get away with billions and is called fraud (aka theft), then this company should be held liable for this criminal activity and hauled to court to face criminal proceedings. Dulcet DUPED its customers and and STOLE their (hard-earned) money!

โ โ โ โ โ Steven was the very best. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of our time. He took us to the best place for lunch. Dulcet Travel is indeed a professional tour operator company with good service and nice staff.

โ โ โ โ โ To those victims, please log police report & tribunal and stop paying for the tour. We were suppose to pay full payment for the Europe trip end of July, but only got to know that the company not operating last week. FB, insta and even their own website has been close down. Staff is uncontactable.
Their price is too cheap to be true..and they even have booth in Matta fair early this year. So people, please beware and double check the company, go visit their office before u do payment. Don't think since it is Matta fair, scam like this won't happen.. This is one of the very example.
Aside, this office is in the condo area instead of a shop like how other legit tour company operating. Few hours to unpack, and then they can say bye bye to the victims.
If a legit tour company, they will never just vanish and uncontactable like this....
