★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time pegi waiting time lama maybe sebab dah almost lunch hour. Staff tak helpful sangat. Check through system je and refused to do manually walaupun dah inform we have issues. Dah mengamuk sikit baru ada staff lain yang sudi tolong check manually. And guess what? What we want was there. Please effort lebih sikit buat kerja. Solved the issue.
2nd time pegi. pukul 2.15 petang hari rabu staff dah ready. Friendly. Tapi ada sorang tu seronok sembang dgn customer. Bila start ramai, rupanya tak buat kerja lagi. Dah ramai orang baru gelabah nak start tengok borang customer yang dia sembang tu.
Another staff sangat helpful. Urusan cepat je settle.
 1st time pegi waiting time lama maybe sebab dah almost lunch hour. The staff was not very helpful. Check through system je and refused to do manually even though I informed we have issues. Already a little furious, there are other staff who are willing to help check manually. And guess what? What we want was there. Please make less effort for work. Solved the issue.
2nd time pegi. at 2.15 pm on Wednesday the staff was ready. Friendly. But there is someone who enjoys chatting with customers. When many start, apparently do not work anymore. Many new people want to start looking at the customer form that he chatted with.
Another very helpful staff. Matters quickly je settle.
