★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. The waiters were friendly & responsive, especially the guy with the blonde hair.
We sat nearly at the far end & sometimes it takes time to be noticed, but otherwise everything was great, especially the food! We loved our dining experience.
Drinks taste good too but need to be less diluted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really excited to dine here and so I called to make a reservation a day before to ensure we get a table on a busy Saturday. But when I arrive and mentioned that I made a reservation, one of the staff (petite female) was so rude she said “What’s your name? I don’t know who are you. Who did you make the reservation with?! I’ve never heard of your name! We don’t take reservations here unless you want your table to be decorated. You can see all these empty tables here, you can sit anywhere.”
Completely ruin my evening right at the start. If you wish to dine by the riverside in Melaka, I’d recommend trying other riverside restaurants there instead. The quality of the food here is not enough to redeem itself for the bad service.

Plus the Venice feelings and you can the boat sailings; that you can rent; not sure of the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods are okay, waitress are nice + friendly, and important part is the place...Nice view and ambience. Price also acceptable, they only charged 1.5RM for mineral water & 12RM for Spaghetti. Not sure why there are many people gave 1 star for this place ? Definitely will come again when I revisit Melaka ?
