Bad customer service. Cannot accept what customer complaint. Very bad attitude.

Superb patin tempoyak.. Reasonable price.. Other dishes very delicious too.. This place is easy to find..

Food r good taste....love to come back

One of my favourite seafood restaurant in Banting. Ikan bakar, patin tempoyak, big prawn, siput sedut and more. Be carefull though as most of the dishes are a little high on hotness level (spicy)

At 1st we asked for patin they said fish head only left. But while we eat we saw others order for patin and not head side! Not only 1 customers. Price quite expensive. Half bowl of siput charged for rm17. Taste so so.

The patin tempoyak taste here is very close to the Temerloh's taste. Very nice. And they serve lot of other masakan kampung menus such as ayam kampung goreng, siput sedut masak lemak and many more. However, need to improve on customer service. The way you greet your customers, the way you take orders, this show how much you appreciate your customers, and customers are the one who built your business. It's not nice to ask customer: "Ha, nak order apa??" with a very unfriendly intonation. Hope you will improve on this. 4 star given purely on menu. 1 star for friendliness

Very disappointed with the owner attitude in overcoming the complaint. I had made a complaint to owner and the respond very rude. In my case, I had order the through whatsapp by 5:51 pm; no respond given by the owner. Normally, when I text the owner - an answer will received either the order is proceed or the restaurant is close. However, I didn't received any responded more than an hour and I assume the order is not taken. I check in Food Panda apps, and the restaurant is closed. Then, bought other foods from other restaurant - at 7:33 pm the owner respond told that the food is ready to collect. So, I came to the restaurant to collect the ordered foods and I asked who is the person in charge in received the order by whatsapp? to the worker in front desk counter - the staff told me, only the owner will take the order. I made complaint to the staff to inform the owner by responding the message either received the order or not. At this point I was ready to pay and asked for the bill. Then, the staff is immediately call the owner which were sitting at the side table. When, the owner came he asked me what the problem. Then, I explained the order was not respond by the owner and had been waiting more than hour; suddenly received the text that inform the food was ready. The owner respond told me that he didn't know the order. He claimed that he not received the order. An argument is happened and I questioned why the foods is ready if you didn't know the order? He told me, that might be his friend, the number that I was text to order with. I suggested to him please do respond the order to avoid any misunderstanding. He mad at me and ask why I didn't call? I'm speechless (do I need to call since I already text?). I questioned him do I need to pay? This is the worst part, he shout at me. The situation very embarrassing. Then I taken back my money and leave the restaurant. The owner was so arrogant. This is not my first time ordering the foods by whatsapp. The complaint that I was made was responded by disrespectful behaviors.

Good location - on the road side, good ambience - good ventilation, nicely decorated. Patin Tempoyak was good; fresh fish, nice gravy. I also like their fried "Ayam Kampung" - well cooked. Apart from these 2, they also have grilled fish (need to order this first if want to try since they only prepare after order) and other side dishes.
