β β β β β tbh, i went to this shop to photostat and print for many years because it was near to my house.... The attitude of the staffs were unfriendly and impolite..
Recommend another good service printing shop name "Yoh Wah Printing", near to General Hospital.

β β β β β This shop is not efficient. I want to print Corporate Profile for my company. Then I went to their shop, but files cannot be open because they use very old adobe illustrator and can't even open my files. When I send pdf file version, keep saying my files too heavy and cannot print, even after i resize to optimize size, the employee keep saying cant print and give too many reason. I cannot go back and forth to the shop because my workplace takes about 40 minutes to arrived. So i emailed them, everyday i send those pdf file with size amendments, even after 4 days, still keep telling me cannot print sebab file berat even it is 22.2mb for 61pages. What? Then what function you guys as a printing shop doing printing service if give many reason. I cannot compress my file too much or otherwise will affect to the output.
I ask them for solution through their whatsapp number, then didn't reply. Please improve your service. You guys printing shop should upgrade yourself. We're in 2020 already haiyo-_-

β β β β β Bad customer service , the staff act like you owe him &her money especially the guy with gold hair,bad bad attitude from him ,having zero contact service is good but he give no response when customer asking question and just keep sitting there and ignore ,hope to improve the service

β β β β β Very poor quality and slow .
Alot of dark spot and dirty ink on basic colour print. I don't know are the worker don't know how to clean the printer ink or just too lazy to do it. Clearly I already edit the paper fit in a4 without frame. But they still print with frame without asking.
Don't print at here if you want colour print. school library's can do better than this even cheaper than this.

β β β β β I would give 0 star if I could. Not professional at all! I was attended by a guy with golden hair by the way.
His attitude and service is really bad. As per other reviews here, the way he speak is like we're owing him something and he's very sarcastic.
After the printing, I forgot to ask for receipt and proceed to WhatsApp him to get receipt, he did not respond at all. Gave him a call, he said he will send me the receipt via WhatsApp but he did not send it to me. The following day, I text him again to get receipt along with my touch and go transaction history as reference, again, no reply. I knew if I called him, he wouldn't care to serve me anyway.
I have to purposely go back to their store to get one of their colleague to give me the receipt ???
