★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The lady boss is so rude and the helper is not helping at all due to language barrier. Ask for the lady boss explanation, she dont even care to help me. When asked whether she made all the flower arrangements, she answer rudely " then? whoelse? and give me a laugh. i mean im just try to be polite here and she treat me do badly. the helper too. She just tear the rose petal to show how they made the flower arrangement without asking whether i confirm to purchase the rose or not. when i advise not to do so in future, she throw tantrum by saying that the way they do the arrangement. i mean she can explain to me beforehand and not immediately tear the petals. If im not in last min getting the rose, i wont wont step into their shop.
