★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst first impression I ever had. If you don't expect a customer to call you on your personal phone number, so you register another office number. It's not like we calling on non-office hours. The service is bad. Not expecting them to treat customer as God, abit of respect would be great. Don't know about the quality of the product, but based on the service I received. Not recommend at all.

Firstly customer care are responsive to my message.
Secondly, they guide me through the simple process without me have to go there personally which is extremely convenient!
Thirdly they check my artwork to ensure quality print outcome for me and slight edit is FREE!
Fourthly price is very reasonable with good quality card paper and fast turnaround time.
Finally, business card is delivered to me without me going to their location.
Definitely will come back again and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service provided by the customer care. My request was promptly answered and they will check the quality of my design file before proceeding to print. Very responsive.
Price was extremely value for money. Had surveyed most of Penang print shop and found this value for money. The quality of the card was very good. The are using factory quality machine and not like other small shop who uses small machine.
Will surely come back again for all my company staff card to print. Highly recommended!
