Hello Sir, I need a burner as attached..do you have this model.pls advise

I called the no. and it was picked by up by a lady. She was professional and is knowledgeable about gas stoves.

I just called if they could come fix my stove & explained what happened. Instead of coming over, a lady just told me to try change battery instead. I did & it worked! So thankful to you! Thank you for your advice. You could have came over & charged me but you did not. Thank u again & again!!

My grandmother has been complaining about the gas stove fire not big enough (and the smaller burner not working) for her to cook properly and sometimes can sense a bit of gas smell. We usually buy our parts from the guy who deliver the gas tong. Paul (the technician) pointed out to us that the parts we have, like the gas regulator, are usually lower quality as they are made from China. He recommended a made in Malaysia gas regulator that comes with safety feature, where it can automatically cut off the gas supply when there is some problem with the pressure. With these parts replaced, the fire is back to normal blue and no more gas leak smell.

A VERY BAD and Overcharged service. DO NOT FIND THEM TO REPAIR! Peeps, DO NOT EVER CALL THE FOR SERVICE. It was on my house warming day, dated on 24/06/2017, this pair of couple name Paul & Janet they came to service my stove at around 4pm. During checking she proposed to me that it is very dangerous to use the regulator which is totally new (we have just changed it like a week ago just suspected there is a leaking and hence ask for help since we have to use it asap) where they could have easily fix it as they said that they are licesened gas specialist just followed blindly due to we have no knowledge on that. Hence, they changed a new regulator cost RM78. Then they said my pipe is super low quality suggested me to change a new strip. I was like ok. That's fishy. What worse was the checking service charge cost RM120.00. All in all when merely checking the leakage sums up to RM 210.00 in the end. At that time I was very busy dealing with visitors and also aircond service people who came all at the same time. They (JANET & PAUL) left and put receipt on the table and left expecting that I will transfer to them right away. (Yes, I read the figure on that receipt.) As everyone understand that on house warming day will be very busy and hence I didn't manage to do the transfer instantly. So, Janet sent me a reminder on the same night to make the payment via WhatsApp. After seeing the receipt they left on the table I was hoping that I can negotiate a little on the service charges. Checking stove can't be charge at RM120.00 right? Ridiculous, I feel. Janet called after I tried to negotiate through WhatsApp message. She right away scolded me said I cheated on them. Say if I don't agree with the price, I should have negotiated on the spot not after they left. Now they left and I don't pay them and this is against the law and whatever. Hello! One thing I am furious about is the tone she spoke right away I picked up the call. Unfriendly! I was trying to negotiate and seems there is no room for that. She kept calling me a cheater and so on. If you call yourself a specialist and hence can charge at ridiculous price but provide lousy service and attitude please call it quit shut the business down! She dropped the call and called back a few more times. I told her through WhatsApp I will pay but not tonight cuz I was really busy handling visitors that night. She said NVM FREE FOR YOU. Keep saying free when I reassured her that I will pay. The sum I can pay, everyone can. In short, that one thing I want to point out is that they chased after the money like you will forever run away and it is overcharged and very pricy. One tips for you Janet and Paul is that treat people nicely and don't be a cocky crook said that you are licensed hence charge a lot higher than what's offering in the market (only Below RM50 including regulator and pipes). Besides, if you are really willing to drop the price you can do it however you want it to. One more time, peeps, DO NOT EVER CALL THEM FOR SERVICE.

Good service. Came out within 24 Hours to fix a problem with my European gas barbecue. Had all the equipment needed to solve the problem and was fixed quickly. Turned up an hour and half early as well so did not waste my day waiting. Recommended.

I stay in Puchong and made an inquiry before the MCO about repairing my stove. They called me once they had the approval to operate during the MCO and made an appointment. Mr Wong was punctual, professional and showed great dedication to his work. He spent almost 4 hours and my stove was as good as new! All this for a very, very acceptable fee! I would highly recommend E&J to anyone out there who needs this service!

Thanks for your wonderful service. Very responsive, good service and fix my problem. Trustworthy indeed. Some might think they are slightly pricey (still cheaper than buying a new stove) but honestly they are professional not some non license contractor. They’re definitely worth the money!
