โ โ โ โ โ Nobody pick up the phone and bad service. The staff don't help you find your products and don't help you with carrying to the car even though you have ordered lots of products from them. The eprint HQ customer service is better but this branch service is terrible.

What I want comment about this company is their staffs totally not friendly. Canโt even get any replies from them when I were asking questions. They just ignored and showed their bad attitude to me. For a successful company, I think behavior of staff is the most important issue. I believe in one day all of them will be eliminated by this society if they donโt improve themselves. How to move on to industry 4.0 with all these noobies?

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service is not like I expected, when we were asking for something in their shop, the counter man didn't treat us good and continue looking to his phone, so we didn't do business with this shop at last. If can, I will give 0 star but luckily this system don't.
