★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a compatible battery for my Laptop (HP Pavilion) from this company. I went to their shop on 21 Dec 2019 and a sales person told me that they don't keep stock and need to order. I told him that I need the battery urgently and I need it before 25th of December which is Christmas day. I asked him that whether I can get the battery by 24th December and he said yes. He even suggested that to make sure that I can get it on 24th December 2019, I can choose to pay an additional extra of Rm10 for speedy delivery service. I trusted him and agreed with his suggestion and paid the deposit. He was very sweet and told me that he will definitely call me up and everything will be done before or latest by 24th December. Today is 24th December and there's no phone call from him or any representative from this company. I thought they had forgotten and I took the trouble to call them instead. I have been calling from 11pm till 3pm. I dare to say that I have called at least more than 16 times on both of their company telephone numbers written on their official receipt and Facebook page. NOBODY ANSWERED! I need to use my laptop urgently for Christmas presentation and my laptop cannot function without the battery. If they can't fulfil their promises, please tell me earlier so that I can find another shop. I already told that sales man repeatedly that I need this battery and I need to use it urgently before 25th December and he said no worries as it will be done. Now it is too late for me to get the battery from some other shops because this battery needs to be pre-ordered. E Tech! You and are your sales man are so irresponsible. Should I drive down all the way from Penang mainland to your shop at BJ just to ask you whether my battery is delivered to your shop just because you never answer your phone call?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience. They will not install for you if you unable to connect at home. Some of the staffs are inexperienced on technology, they only know how to sell. If you want to change the adapter that you buy to an expensive mesh, they don't allow even you want to pay more expensive. After this salesperson knows the problem from my argument, they still only change from old to new adapter for me. This is their policy. This is a bad experience because of the suggestion from an unknown salesperson. Why hire this salesperson to suggest in the first place? Why you hired those who don't know the name of the things you sell, and even I'm not good at IT, I still know the names of the technology?
