★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been visit this salon many times. The hairstylist here always give me a good advice for my suitable hairstyle based on my head shape and skin tone. The outcome never disappointed me. Besides, the stylist was friendly here and never felt bored when I visit the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to E3. Initial plan was to perm hair only, using their promo price. But I was persuaded to add on the hair colour service when I reach there. Of course, they tried to recommend some other products too!
I spent about 6 hours+ for perm and hair colour, mainly is bcz the stylist can't concentrate on one customer. He needs to take care of a few customers at a time.
Perm result is satisfying, however hair colour experience was not really good. As the stylist didn't show what colour he will apply, just say it will be something similar to my previous hair colour. In fact, the colour turn out darker than my previous colour. This part is still fine.
On the 2nd day, I purposely message the salon to ask whether my case is applicable for their 14 days guarantee, before i re-visit. They
are so kind to make a new appointment for me and stressed on no additional chargers will apply. But, after I made all the way to the salon, I was entertained with few excuses and the story became additional chargers will apply if I want to re-colour my hair....
Conclusion, in terms of hair cut and perm skills, you can try. But attitude wise, I think there is still space for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a bloody awful experience there! Jeff has a very attitude problem! and very bad customer service! Hair cut is horrible & expensive! I saw their facebook review is pretty good that’s why I went there but it’s very disappointed me! I have no idea that how can he get the good reviews, might be all the reviewers are his friends. Good things that my friend couldn’t make it to the salon with me, I really don’t recommend this salon. However, this will be my first time & the last time to visit his salon.
