Just went it yesterday i was absolutely bad experience for me. It is the first time and the last time I'll visit here. My bang was just treated badly by a man staff when i requested for a short cut below my eyebrow. The length just ended up in the forehead and in a terrible way just like bitten by a dog. advise: choose the female staff rather than the male stuff.

Forgotten about Mika .e's review. The stylist in another hair salon was not in until further notice. This is my 2nd choice. I said anyone, when asked. The minute I saw like a lethargic guy. My heart sank. REMEMBER to ask for A GOOD stylist. I hated it when any hair stylist cut my hair with eyes darting here & there. Did a bad overall job, especially my fringe. No wash. With a blow on my fringe, then touched up with wax. I paid $25. [I told the reception staff that I wanted a hair cut first. Then, I would decide whether I wanted a perm post-cut.] I am not the type to kick a fuss in the shop. Looks like I have to fix my bad hair cut elsewhere! With this kind of end result since Mika's review, IF he is the same guy - needs more practice but not on paying clients. Expected E3 hair salon chain to have a hair cutting standard at a minimum. 3.5* for shop ambience & greetings. Next door/or upstairs (?), on-going renovation noise.

First of all, you don't have problems to find parking spot here. Just don't forget to pay DBKL parking ticket at the machine. As for this salon, the price for hair cut, color and treatment is very reasonable. The owner is very friendly, and she can offer packages for you to choose from. There's color package, treatment package and the best part is, there's shampoo package. They even serve Chinese tea to their customers. Owh..the toilet is clean too

Waited so long to do hair relaxing. They are just taking new customers that are coming in and making the current customer to wait for so long for each step of the hair relaxing. So damn slow. Worst service ever!

Have been going to this saloon for the past 10 years. Highly recommend Director Stylist Belly. Her skills are amazing, she’s gentle, has much patience and always giving good advice before the hair cut/colouring etc. Very friendly too! I’ve introduced quite a number of friends here and they’re also well pleased with the service provided by Belly.

Went here a couple of times since it is near to my place. However, the entire time I was there, it was the aunty that did my haircuts/ iron services. But every time I went there, she would force me to do hair relaxing, since I have thick, curly hair, I would prefer to have my natural curls too, but she just keeps on telling me to do hair relaxing etc, which we tried once but wasn't satisfied with it. However, when my mom and I denied that offer the next time and my mom explained that she doesn't want to do it since I have bad hair fall, she proceeds to talk bad about my mom to the other staffs in Mandarin assuming that I am an Indian and I wouldn't know Mandarin but I do understand everything she said to others. This has been happening for several times, totally not satisfied with the services provided to me and for the unprofessionalism for not listening to your customer.

I had told that staff who dye my hair about this problem. She ask me go again and I have to pay extra. She didn't told me have to make the base colour before dying blue colour yesterday. She just keep asking me to bleach my hair yesterday. But today after I take my friend's hair photo and mind hair photo to her. She said my friend can do that colour because she had make the base colour before dying blue. And she want me pay again if I want to make again. Why I have to pay for her mistake? I had paid RM289 and I just only get cutting my hair. My friend told me she make her hair blue colour is only RM 150 include make the base colour. For me I paid RM 289 for cut and dye but I just only get cutting hair. No any blue colour on my hair. That staff is cheating me. Beside the base colour problem. After she dye my hair she told me now of course can't see any blue colour because indoor. I will see my hair have blue at outdoor when sunlight but after I paid RM 289 and go under the sunlight my hair colour still own colour didn't change to blue. I went to E3 salon Jalan Metro Wangsa. And that girl is aunty. I forgot her name. So disappointed after dying nothing and after I told her about this in morning she ask me to paid again
