★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your lady staff wearing tudung at Each a Cup at Tesco outlet is very rude...please train her to smile more thank you..and one month ago she accused me of redeeming free drinks which was another girl and not me ...how can you treat your customers like this..Very Disappointed..Please improve on service thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 16 Fen 2022, 6:10pm, my wife and I walked to Mahkota Parade KFC chain store , After placed my order from Kiosk and wait for 25 minutes, while collecting my meals, i told two ladies the dispenser chilli sauces are out of sauce, and I request chilli sauce from them, they have very poor attitude and ignored my request few times, one lady continue do on other things, one is walked away.
They are providing customers service, wondering how they are cannot help on this small request, after awhile I continue asked they, I got the chilli sauc.
Are these lady represented KFC? Shamed on KFC management who hired and didn't train them. This chain store services getting poor to bad ???. AVOID KFC! GO FOR OTHER OPTIONS.
