โ โ โ โ โ Some staffs understand perfectly how to attend clients, but unfortunately some staffs were extremely rude. Some workers really do need basic learning of customer service. Too bad this company has a few bad apples. You can tell how organized the company is by looking at their designers and sales working hand in hand. Quality of printing was just ok. Reprints take eternity and no frequent updates given. A lot need to be improved. This should be the last time my company will deal with this company after how their staff rudely insulted me.
