★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service personnel are polite, and answers the calls quickly when I called. Many stars to them. However the company is completely let down by an overwhelmingly understaffed team of riders, thus sometimes orders takes hours to be delivered after being picked up from merchant.
I agree with a google reviewer that we have to cut the company some slack given how they caters to the smaller lesser known merchants, and I have been very patient and polite with those I come into contact with. But this company just isn't competitive or cutting it even after years of us putting up with bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst delivery platform in Malaysia , not only they fail to get a rider for over 2 hours till the restaurant closed . they fail to inform on time , fail to rectify the issue in both call and chat help , fail to cancel and refund .
Even after told them the restaurant has closed after 2 hours , they insist they finally got a rider , after i mention i wanted the refund for the 9th time . they still don't want to proceed with a cancelation and refund .
I will just treat it as i donated the money to the needy ones.
what a scam platform .
3 hours in , and they still not doing anything plus ignoring your request in online chat help " while " they are online .
Strongly suggest do not even try it out . unless you are fine in getting scam
