โ โ โ โ โ With lots of development surrounding the areas. I would think that it make better sense to turn this place to a better place rather than become a nightclub that is focusing on certain customer.
20 years ago, it used to be a supermarket (Fajar) and it has been closed down for sometime.
If not this place will be just left abandon due to the covid situation in Malaysia. I think it will make a business case,since there are new condominium is built surrounding Chan Sow Lin.
I am looking forward for the new plan and hopefully in the next coming future, the building can be used to serve family members or tourist either it could be the historical place.
