โ โ โ โ โ Worst ever cleaning services i ever engaged. Appointment made but never showed up. Call and wataspp but never answer. Finally after 2 hours later only call and said reached.
Before one day i did double confirm the time but still no turn up. Try not to engage them.

โ โ โ โ โ Had the worst experience ever. At first I thought the maid was late and I called about 10 times and no one picked up my calls. Maid never showed up and I was not even informed. Just absolutely terrible service.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service!! Unreliable. Have failed to turn up twice in a single month with very lame excuses. Manager cant be bothered to call back and inform and does not make proper arrangements.
On top of this...a company that abuses the maids with back to back assignments and gives the maids very little from the wage they get from the customers. Information derived ftom one of the maids who came by.
Wont recommend this kind of work ethics go anyone...
Maids are not the issue....the company is.

โ โ โ โ โ This company uses Grab Maid app, the Grab Maid customer service shared that they wanted to change the time to come at 8.30am instead of 9am. They only arrived 9.12am and they brought one maid for 4 hours while I paid 2 maids 4 hours. The lady asked the cleaner to stayed for 8 hours and asked me to provide food when its theirs mistake!
