I'm at a loss for words. As a fan of Italian food, I've traveled 3 hrs for good pizza. This one is not even worth delivering to my doorstep.
The pallid color and texture of the basil leaves show they have either been on the pizza a long time, or were baked together with it, when it should be a fresh garnish.
And who deserves to have just 4 basil leaves on their entire pizza? 4?
I would have appreciated it if you had even cut them into smaller pieces and sprinkled them evenly. So I don't have 4 lonely basil-less pieces.
The sauce is dry and the cheese is minimum. The price for this item is RM28. Really, I feel regret as I couldve done with a freezer pack of neapolitan and gotten a better result for nearly half the price.
The nearest quality pizza place to me is 103 coffee and they have a truffle mushroom pizza for just RM20.90, and it has never failed me.
This is my first and probably last experience with Eatalia by Brava.

Wine recommendation was alright and service is prompt.
The pizza is with thin crust.
Would order the smoked salmon bruschetta again as it induce appetite for us to order more food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Italian food is just so so. You can get better Italian food elsewhere.
This place used to be known for its wood fired pizzas. I have been coming here for a very long time since the time of their first stall at Hartamas Square. But lately even the quality of their pizzas have deteriorated despite the forever hike in pizza prices.
Also, the lady boss seems to be confused at times, as she does not understand the universal business policy that the customer is always right as she sometimes treat herself like she is the customer and not you!(And she actually expects you to pay for this kind of services!)
The good news is nowadays there are plenty of similar restaurants with better products offerings at more reasonable prices all over KL. Healthy competition is always a good thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oooo …. A very strong 4 stars here. Pizza was great. Fried mushroom was a replacement as they had no fried calamari.
Ravioli butter … decent BUT lamb shank was really good and tasty.
However when we finished was like. Did I have enough ? …. But it kicked in when we left.
