β β β β β I am really disappointed and unsatisfied with the rude attitude of the owner of the shop. I had bought some blackcurrant powder from this shop and the owner gave me the nearing expired products and when I asked to exchange the goods he blocked my contact. Such a dishonest and unethical shop. On top of that, the owner was rude with full of attitudes and might as well be called as a scammer.

β β β β β Here's an update on my previous review posted last week below this. I have revised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and mainly based on the comprehensive range of organic products available in this store.
The issue I had with the bottle of toasted sesame oil purchased which was wrongly recommended to me was resolved (I wanted raw sesame oil), the boss allowed me to exchange it for another product even though the cap seal was broken. Fortunately I found something else I needed. So this was satisfactory.
If you do buy from this store, do make sure that you check the products label properly and expiration/ sell by date. Perhaps due to Covid19 circumstances affecting the turnover and replenishing of stocks some items may be close to those dates.
Last week's review:
"Extremely dissatisfied. Asked for raw sesame oil and man at counter (owner?) confirmed in stock. I heard him say the price is RM29. But when he brought it to the counter, the price tag is RM39 but I paid for it out of goodwill & trust as this is my friendβs fav organic shop. Then I noticed the sell by date is less than 1 month to expiry, to which the man assured me itβs still good if used within 6months. I felt he could have offered me some discount but again I decided not to ask since itβs been rough for many businesses. When opened the bottle of oil at home, I smelled roasted sesame oil (definitely not raw). I then checked the English translation of the French label and confirmed that the oil is toasted sesame oil! How incompetent or did this guy think he could just fool his customers because the label is in French ???
I agree with the previous review if this guy is the owner... he projects unpleasantness towards new customers as he was quite cordial to my friend who is a regular. He was extremely sarcastic calling the floral water I was interested to purchase βwaste productβ of essential oil. How rude! Was it because it was on sale & less profit/cheaper than the essential oils? Why did he stock up on it in the first place if he considers it waste product? I feel sorry for this person and hope that heβs truly grateful for his kind customers who continue to support him if there are many of them left.
