β β β β β I took your staff advice on specific medicine to relieve itchiness. However, the spot right after I applied with your medicine cause reddish black and more itchiness. When I approach your staff again, he is saying the medicine is no exchangable with others. This does not make any sense as I am here to exchange with reason. The medicine irritates and hurts my skin. Conclusion, they are just irresponsible seller and not competent "pharmicts".

β β β β β This pharmacy is terrible. Trying to earn money from their customer. Told me they have a new apps and if i sign up i will get a discount of rm5.00. But that is provided i key in his referral code upon sign up in the app. So to say, if every customer who walk in and advised to sign up to enjoy the rm5.00 discount, he makes bomb. Cos at the same time, he received rm5.00 as well. So imagine 10 ppl register, he earns rm50. Honestly i dont think is ethical for a pharmacist to practice this at all. I will never go back again, as beside this, they actually shouted at my mum previously as well when my mum trying to buy medicine from them. One of the worst pharmacy in butterworth.

I dont think any call or zoom is required by me.
1st, I actually confronted the Pharmacist about that I dont think is ethical to do that, all he replied is, that is how he works and he dont think there is anything wrong with it.
2nd, think you should train your people what is customer service and engagement is about. Yes, there are Pharmacists and are not train for all those customers service like the service sectors. However, i am not asking for superb service from you guys. At least be ethical and polite and show minimum respect to the elderly.
3rd, i will never go back again so i see no point i need to spend my time making the zoom call cos not forgetting there are so many more good and ethical pharmacy around in Raja Uda.
I guess i am kind enough to even reply to your response here as i dont wish to see any elderly being the next victim like my Mum.
