★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time trying them out and it will also be my last time. First, they said the cards can be ready by last Friday before I placed the order. When I called them on Friday they said the cards need to be couriered down and it can only be collected by Monday or Tuesday. Their explanation is that they overlooked the fact that I'm in JB when I first asked them. Secondly the cards turned out to be smaller than the standard 90x54mm size. Their explanation is the artwork PDF file I sent to them include the cut/bleed marks, and their software automatically read it as 85x50mm. This is unacceptable as the artwork is exactly the same size as the ones I sent to other printing providers previously and they have no issue producing the cards in standard size. And I've not even mentioned the price yet, compared to other providers. You guys need to do better than these if you want to retain customers.
