★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tq for the reply on my review.As per mention ur staff have asked me and clearly i said to them from which page to which page need to be print even i show to them until which page.As well i request to do as booklet.Your staff should check before print either this can be arrange as booklet and advice me before print.
For an example at the same day after i disappointed with your work i went to different shop and i ask them to do the same as i request with your staff,yet over there they advice me that this cannot be arrange as booklet before print....i hope u understand what i mean.
Understand the customers need.I just paid for the wasting papers to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are polite and friendly. I wanted to print perfect bind for my booklet and they said they can do and require 14 working days and I believe them because I have little knowledge of the process. I need it by few days so I asked for other binding option, and they told me stapler bind they need 10 working days! I mean other stationary printing shop can get it done under 2 hours.
Then I asked them roughly how much for each binding and they said they don't know, they said they have to call the person in charge and let me know within 15 minutes. I think at this point they were being complete dishonest and disclosing all the information. I think all the staff must know the price or at least list down price for each specifications for customer to choose.
I then sent my file to Bangsar on Saturday and got my perfect binded booklet today (Monday) and decided to write this review.
