I used their mosquito net for my entire condo @ RM5k back in Oct 2021. 6 months later in March 2022, I would like to add more magnetic mosquito net in my front yard but it is so hard to reach Desmond. Takes him 3 weeks just to come my unit for quotation ( it only takes him 3 days to come my unit back in 2021 ). Not only that, from March 23th till now still no response from him. Texted him a few times to remind him about the quotation and still no respond from him ??♂️ Just go for other vendor if possible, don’t have to waste your time with him ??????

你终于甘愿回复了，而且我也终于知道原来你是要拒绝这第二次的生意。首先，我会来找你改进我的防蚊网，是因为你是专业做这一行的，这也是当初我找你做我整间家的原因，所以第二次再改进防蚊网，不来找你要找谁。
接着，我同意卖家有权利拒绝生意，只是我并没有收到明确的拒绝。第一，你还同意我自己去购买材料让你去试试看能不能做到；第二，你并没有回复我的电话/信息，只是让我一直无止尽的等。
最后，因为我当初在你同意后已经把材料买了，我也只好试试看自己动手做，结果也做成功了，并没有像你当初说的 “很难做”。
你说得对，你开心比较重要，反正你也只是打算做每一间屋子的第一次大单的生意而已。??????????

You are finally willing to reply, and I finally know that you are going to refuse this second business. First of all, I will come to you to improve my mosquito net because you are a professional in this line of work, which is also the reason why I asked you to do my whole house, so I will improve my mosquito net for the second time. Next, I agree that the seller has the right to refuse the business, but I have not received an explicit refusal. First, you also agreed that I should buy materials myself and let you try it out to see if you can do it; second, you didn't reply to my calls/messages, just kept me waiting endlessly.
In the end, because I had already bought the materials after your consent, I had to try to do it myself, and it turned out to be successful, and it was not "difficult to do" as you said at the beginning.
You're right, it's more important that you be happy, anyway, you're just planning to do the first big business of each house. ??????????

I requested for on site consultation (address provided to them immediately), but no one revert me on confirmation (whatsapp was sent on 12pm), after 24hrs still no reply from them, even I try to follow up with them, still no reply (whatsapp is often ONLINE ya).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever ask them to do security door or window. I was fooled by them. Security mesh was installed like mosquito netting method. When they are done, the security doors can only lock from inside. No lock to lock from outside. How do I secure my house when I go out? Absolutely absurd and unthinkable that this company can go around installing security doors. I'm flabbergasted.
