Ecoat (SS2)

REVIEW - I guess my review is not so welcome but I am sharing my true experience. I have rated and given the same review just like everyone here. Every single review by the “WOW” factor as first time, I had it with all my 3 units of car in April 2019. Their customer service, greeting and birthday surprise was great and outstanding. My Package:- - 3 cars (different models and colors) - Send in on April 2019 - Warranty for 4 years - July as my Birthday month for free clean Everything great till what I experience on 12th December 2019 is kind of really upset. Among all 3 cars I send in the month of April. Obviously my “White” unit have obvious stains from the pollution and rains. Therefore I make a booking to get it all clean up which this unit visited for a free birthday cleaning in July 2019. Stubborn stain for less than 6 months, decided to get their help to clean it. When I reach there, they check the car and advise for a deep cleaning process which will be able to get it remove cost RM90 for 3 hours wait. I was impress cos it’s not too expensive or cheap to do so. Return at 3pm and saw the car ready but stains is hardly remove. Therefore I consult further what can I do. The person in-charge advise me to use machine to remove all stains (which their coating will be remove too cos stains is absorb deeply) and re-coat the entire car. Was asking how much to do so, was told RM2000+ which my initial plan is RM1866. It really surprise me. Why is the price is even higher than my initial package. Then he say can charge me back the same price. It didn’t make sense to me at all, so what is there for the warranty for 4 years? This is their explanation for the warranty. - to check and ensure coat is still there yearly, else will touch up. - to ensure the coat protect the original paint colour doesn’t die off. - with the coat, it’s easier to wash. My question is what does the 4 years warranty stand for? With less than a year I have to re-coat my entire car for the same price. At the situation, of cos I show some dissatisfaction and get their further explanation. Till the person in-charge twisted his statement and told me there is another solution which only cost RM300. And this is similar, polishing it off and recheck on the coating. That’s frustrated me even more - at the first place, he should advise me the RM300 package when I deliver the car instead of the RM90. - why didn’t he share the RM300 instead of advising me to re-coat the entire car at RM1866? After all this, he offer to waive the RM90 for the cleaning. That doesn’t make any different, I insist they take the RM90 and I drove off. The next day I send my car to another shop to clean it at RM230 and now it’s sparking clean. For those who are reading this, this is genuine experience and nothing intention to make their business review drop. I just want every consumer should be treat wisely if the product are so good. Not doubting their product but the way they are doing their business. Try it with your next visit for those existing customers. Good luck and I have regret to send in 3 of my cars to them. There goes my 3 years remaining warranty x3 (so call).

Amazing work done from their team. I was supposed to send in my car for coating before Chinese New Year, something bad happened right before CNY. They hold up their promises until the end of MCO. I am very satisfied with the coating effect which make my car super shinning and glossy. Lucky enough to be featured in one of their video commercial as well. Price is reasonable with the Quality and Service. Friendly staff too.

(Waiting for update) (Hi Tee, the package is done under your company, emailed my receipt over as prove.) Most of the review are first service experiences.. I want to share with my second visit for maintenance and touch up services (5 months after) Original package is RM 1399, they claim to have warranty(4 years) if your car coating effect is fall off they will do the touch up service. It was sound great.. I did my regular car wash weekly and after 3 months the water mark effect is begin to show, then I decided to go for maintenance and touch up services on the 5th month. Later then i find out every service is with extra charges, the warranty is really up to what they decide. Warranty is cover when your car paint look dull, minor scratch etc, which this is very subjective and not clearly stated. (Water repellent effect also not covered) To get the coating effect like what thy did earlier, is all come with charges, for me is all hidden charge Front window maintenance - RM 300 , all in is RM 400 Car body maintenance - RM 180. Total cost RM 580, which my package is only RM 1399. Is really not worth to get such package and get charge every time when you coming back. For middle range cars owner like me, why not just go for regular not so branded shop to coat your car which will only cost you RM 300-500. Regret to try it on my new car, should have go for cheaper range option..

Oh my snowwhite?!! Couldn’t believe my eyes when I collected it in the evening for it’s become so shining especially the interior (full leather)!!! What’s most amazing they polished the whole bonnet/engine and every corner of the car without missing a spot! They are probably the best car coating specialist in town—Professional, detailed and quality guaranteed. Totally worth every cent spent!! Shoutout to Roxson? for his excellent service and advice without any hard selling.

Am a noob and haven’t any clue about the types of coating out in the market, so I really appreciated how Roxson patiently explained the different types and their characteristics before recommending what was suitable in my case. He also sent me live updates with pictures so that I could see the “before” & “after” impact, and also be aware of the progress, from my phone. Am completely satisfied with the results. The exterior has such a nice sheen. Even the engine and wheels look great with whites accentuated, and the blacks a consistent deep shade. ? Kudos to the professional service rendered by the team!

Very good quality and service. Unlike other coating who asked me to leave my car overnight, Ecoat did it for me in just 1 day. Now my car is shining like new again!

Done my full interior & exterior coating for the very first car I purchased. Had literally no knowledge, as you know, there are too many choices of coating services in the market. Went to a few coating shops nearby and glad that I met Roxson in Ecoat SS2. He is being very attentive and patience to explain to me about coating, and honest about what should be done and what’s not. Also, professional advices from himself gave me more confidence.
