★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable, rude and dishonest company. They have accepted our box orders and returned with defected products, essentially altering the designs without informing us. This resulted in hundred of boxes being put to waste as we are unable to sell them to our customers.
Called the customer service rep initially said that they would refund 50%, but after, a guy named Ryan called back and responded rudely, stating that there is nothing they could do and avoided any form of responsibility. This is such a terrible experience!! Worst service experience we had in a long time.
