★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We contacted the salon wanting to have ombré/balayage done, similar to what the salon has done before as shown on their social media pages. However, the end result was botched and unpresentable. Instead of being apologetic and offering to fix it for us, the salon put the blame on us, claiming that it is “unfixable” because of our Asian hair. We confirmed that the ombré could be done before making the appointment and they were confident with us. However, all we felt was that we were lied to. I am incredibly disappointed with how the salon handled the appointment. Will not trust them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a simple ombre/balayage dye but they somehow managed to messed it up and played along like that's how it's supposed to look. The bleaching work was awful and choppy. Despite their awful technique, what was most disappointing was their service. The lady that was in charge was very unprofessional and clearly does not know what she was doing. After confronting her, she makes an excuse by saying "honestly, Asian hair Can’t so ombré.” This unprofessionalism is unacceptable and this place should hire a colorist that is competent. Why offer the service when you're clearly inadequate to pull off this style? Furthermore, she was not even the slightest apologetic for her own mistake and failed to take responsibility for her terrible job.
