★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eat it since 30 yrs plus ago. My only spot to eat fried bee hun as I dont really like bee hun taste, but they fried it with wok hei, mix with a bit yellow noodles, pair with their "lor" and chilli paste, perfect! But I have to agree with others, its not economy. I have to eat 2 portion in order to be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When simple food like this is done right it just makes Penang even more attractive. Char Bee Hoon with a little gravy is their signature dish. I ate here 15 years ago and it still taste the same now. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fact I tried all 3 famous fried beehoon nearby this area at the same time to be fair. The 3 stalls I tried near air itam is the stall near chung Ling, the air itam ah chui near siam sister curry mee and 1997 kopitiam. I found out that this stall at Chung ling is the most delicious to my liking because full of wok hei. So simple but full of taste. This stall have the same highest 5 star with my favourite fried bee hoon at jelutong market

My favorite economy fried beehoon so far. It served with thick gravy (卤). They sell Ondeh-ondeh too. The Ondeh-ondeh is also very tasty.
