β β β β β hopefully more trees are being planted. couldnt enjoy much in the park during day time as its difficult to find shades. Roadside, walkway, central park, car park hopefully have more trees.

β β β β β Hi management eco grandeur because of your housing development this area pack with car and traffic jam, so you build house but u dont upgrade main road jalan 1210 cause massive traffic jam everyday im sure you notice about this. Why u dont upgrade and why u close road as picture below? This could be alternate route for user. Dont simply said its not your responsibilty YES It is your responsibilty as u develop this area

β β β β β Its very beautiful and impressive but we just found the houses are a bit too small. But if ur a couple who is just married or a retired couple who have family visit once in a while, then it's a great place to live. But with a bigger family it is a bit too compact
