He’s the wonderful branch manager and lead hairdresser. Very skilled + very friendly. Was my third time with him today and feeling adventurous, I asked him to go ahead and just give me a hairstyle of his choosing.
Love the new look he gave me so much that I decided to sign up for their membership (25% cheaper for future haircuts). You are literally in good hands with William ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairstylist Shuha did an amazing job on my hair. She was very approachable and friendly. She has given me a really good hair cut after studying my face features. The service that she have given me was amazing. Their customer service was excellent as well. I've been to many hair saloons and as a curly haired person, I was never satisfied with my experiences so far, until I came here. Definitely will recommend this salon to my friends and family. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hate giving bad reviews but this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I did a perm and cut here and it was so bad I could cry. My hair is so uneven (I’m finding random strands of hair that are longer than the rest) and the perm did not even last a day!!!!!. I essentially paid 350rm for her to make me ugly. I am honestly so so upset.
Just showing you pics of what I mean. First pic is what I asked for. Second pic is what I got (pic was taken the same day I got the cut and “perm”). Daylight robbery. I strongly would NOT recommend this place and want my money back!
