★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY WIFE AND I TOUR SHANGHAI FROM 17 TO 24.11.2015 USING YOUR EDEN TOUR SERVICES. THE ROOM AND FOOD PROVIDED WAS GOOD WITH DUCK,PORK,FISH , PRAWN, VEG,SOUP,COKE & BEER. 9 DISHES VERY MEAL. HOTEL BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD TOO. HOTEL PROVIDED IS 4-5 STAR RATING.BOTH LOCAL (MISS JOYCLENE OF SEREMBAN AND THE SHANGHAI TOUR GUIDE MISS CHEIN CHEIN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WORTH VERY PENNY SPEND. I WILL BE PLANNING TO TOUR AGAIN WITH MY WIFE TO EUROPE USING EDEN SERVICES AGAIN. THAT WILL BE MY 4 TRIP WITH EDEN TOUR. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SOME PURCHASE IN SHANGHAI AND THE MANAGER MR KIM LOH AND ASSISTANT MANAGER MISS SAMANTHA OF PUDU K.L WAS , VERY HELPFUL AND WILL HELP ME RESOLVED IT. HOPE TO HAVE IT SETTLE BY DECEMBER 2015. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.. GUYS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally wrong location. This is 209,Jalan pudu; not 290,Jalan Pudu. All the shops are hotel boutique, not travel agent. Need to change the location, it’s have make a big trouble and inconvenience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really doubt the rating given by others customer as I find this tour agency is bad in service never follow up after confirmed customer booking, after waiting more then 2 months time I called them for update only to find them saying the trip can't depart which is about 3 weeks more before my holiday dateline. Reason is due to my tour package had to be a 10 person group for departure which I'm not advice during enquiries at Matta fair 2018. If in this case they shouldn't requested me to make full payment in the first place. The worse part is they tried to offer me a private tour in such a way that they down graded the tour which I find its really ridiculous. They have no concern about customer like us which we had to arrange our company leaves just for the trip but at the end all go down the drain due to their error. To me I find this tour agency is the worse by far no more next time...the only reason I gave 1 star is that they do refund my full payment in prompt time.
