★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in only. I suppose the phone number listed is quite useless. I tried to call to enquire if they have a specific product available since I do not want to go out unnecessarily during this CMO period.
We tried to call twice on two different day but the person refuse to pick up the phone. Even canceled my call.
why do you even bother providing the number if you don't pick up calls?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baking ingredients supply shop with a wide variety of choices. Imported butter at very decent prices. One shop lot, and yet the range of baking products they carried is amazing. Overall prices are acceptable as they also cater to bakeries/ dim sum shops/ restaurants around the area. The gentleman managing the place has good product knowledge and is very helpful...if you ever find him free and has time to chat ? Baking classes are being conducted upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price very reasonable. The shop is small but you can find EVERYTHING here. From ingredients to utensils, cake box and many choices of butter. Friendly staff and the owner is very helpful. Answer every question promptly and help you to find ingredients. Will give you some tips in baking too. They have plenty of baking class to attend also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide choice and easy to reach just that shop is always busy and owner couldn't afford to spare time for answering phone or message. But if you are not in hurry, just whatsapp them and you will get response once Owner is free. No luck to call... My suggestion is still, list out your shopping list and pay them a visit, show the owner your list and things will get pretty easy with great service and support from owner.. Enjoy baking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a convenient store for baking. Everythings u need are there. Reasonable price and many products are cheaper than other bakery suppliers. Very helpful staff and the owner very friendly and helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe they have lots of stuff but they have the poorest, most dismal customer service. Don't bother calling the number listed because they won't pick up the phone. 'Whatsapp only' apparently. Neither do they update their opening hours 'sorry we don't update our information online' (it's only till 4pm during CMCO btw) and they don't let you in even if you arrive at 4pm. Or 3.58pm. Apparently their business is so good they don't need to have good customer service anymore. I wanted to patronize but this place will not be seeing my business. There are plent of other local businesses to support. PastryPro in Puchong is a good example of an accommodating business who knows how to treat customers. This place isn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is higher than some other bakery supply shop. Maybe the other shop is larger scale of business and can get cheaper bargain with supplier. Bought a pack of oxygen absorber (80 pieces). Rm10.20 at Edible and Rm7.20 at other shop. I can get almost one and half pack from other shop with the price i pay at Edible. Well, maybe it's just my one item in particular only. Not ruining one's business. Just sharing an experience after buying a thing, and saw other place is so much cheaper.
