★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 差！差！差！我上个月就make appointment在Kota Damansara的分行，然后他们的staff跟我说那里漏水叫我去Sg. Long那间。虽然我去那边要接近1个小时的车程，不过我还是ok。结果今天我到那边尽然没有开?！！！我特地去那边就为了剪头发，如果你们没有开，可以通知我（毕竟我跟你们made appointment了），我可以安排去别家salon，不一定要选择你们的！但是我真的搞不懂你们是怎么安排的！服务真的很差！浪费我的时间！
如果大家要去的话请慎重考虑！至少去之前先call他们confirm，不然白跑一趟！

If you have n’t opened it, you can notify me (after all, I made an appointment with you). I can arrange to go to another salon. But I really don't understand how you arrange it! Service is really poor! wasting my time!
Please consider carefully if you are going! Call them confirm at least before you go, or run for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the outlet in one space, Subang. There’s only one hairstylist there (Steve, I think). Was quite doubtful initially, but Steve got me the hair cut that I wanted and it’s better than I imagined actually. It’s so easy to maintain and I really love the haircut, he even taught me how to blow dry my hair.Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer services. My friends went there to wash their hair, and on of the salonist complaint about their hair infront of other customers with such a loud voice. How come as a salonist, you comment about your customers hair, with no privacy given. We go to your place to get a better and proper treatment, not to hear on your comments about how bad their hair is. Be professional!!!
