★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in the midst of major renovation, so naturally I googled around for an autogate system. So far most of the system that I’ve come upon seems to be trackless, so when I chanced upon this company, I simply asked for a quotation, not knowing the sort of gates they offered (which I assumed at first included track and trackless). But the person at the other end straight away condemned the idea of getting a trackless gate. Honestly, I’m new to this so I nicely asked the pros and cons and I don’t mind considering with track if that’s the better option, because for me I’m open to the idea. Instead his response was nothing short of rude and said no point in explaining if i won’t trust him, as I would be wasting his and my time. The following texts after that were nothing useful but filled with sarcasms about even considering trackless system. I was merely asking for his advice, but even in the first instance he never bothered to answer me properly. So how am I supposed to make an informed decision? Was such a turned off. Expecting me to “trust” him when he won’t even bother to answer my query. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has helped me repaired my broken gate. Called a few companies to seek for repair services, but they can't address the problem. I am so lucky to have found this company, changed the rollers, took them less than 2 hours, rollers are made in Malaysia. Don't use rollers bought from the hardware shop, won't last long. My advise, it's better to not use folding gate system, lots of problem might occur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is great. Made a difficult job looked easy. They come to replace my rollers. My gate is very heavy and they got the tools to lift my gate easily. Many tools inside their Toyota van. They are efficient and friendly.they even help me to check other part as well to make sure my gate is function well.thumbs up for the good service they gv us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to compliment your company for the excellent service provided to me last week. You guys helped me to fix my alarm and cctv problems. Your technicians discovered that the real problem was due to the wires and they converted the faulty sensor points to wireless alarm sensors. I knew that the previous alarm contractor didn't do it properly. My wife is very sensitive to dust, luckily you guys didn't need to hack my walls.
Needless to say, i breathed a sigh of relief! Thank you for the great solutions and service.
