Will be good if placed some notice such as next customer has the right to take out previous customer laundry when waited too long/be responsible with your laundry, been waiting for 5 stopped machines for more than half hour once ,turns up all the machines are occupied by the same person and somemore did not realise her irresponsible attitude.
For the owner, in the same time you had lost 30 min+ x 5 machines...the math is easy
