★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dell XPS 13 had a malfunctional issue with a few keys. Luckily, I found and visited EGate Service Center and met Pauline who was so professional to to handle my requests. I would like to recommend anyone who has issues with keyboards, batteris, hidge damages etc. Bit difficult to find the place so please go to Koryo-Won and ask a guard nearby.
