★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchase a EGLO ROCAMAR pendent lamp 5 months ago and when i slowly wipe the outer glass it just cracked and cut my finger. This is seriously a dangerous product for the public to purchase. The QC of the glass is bad and I cant even find a replacement for the outer glass. It seem only sell by the whole piece. Why was there no stocks on it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about this Austrian lighting manufacturer through their Instagram page @eglo_malaysia. Very good customer service with European-styled products. Will definitely purchase from them again.
Quite a variety of interior and exterior lighting displayed in their Shah Alam showroom, but they have mono-brand stores throughout Malaysia.
