★ ★ ★ ★ ★ از اين آزانس تور خريداري كردم و چند نكته لازم مي‌دانم در اين رابطه ذكر كنم
الف- استقبال در ابتداي كار بسيار گرم بود
متاسفانه خوش استقبال و بسيار بد بدرقه بودند
ب- در انتهاي تور و روز آخر هيچ كسي از طرف آژانس ما كه مثلا تور وي آي پي خريده بوديم تا فرودگاه ما را بدرقه نكرد - بد تر از همه به جاي فرستادن ماشين مناسب جهت ترنسفر 4 نفر بزرگسال و 2 كودك به همراه 4 عدد چمدان بزرك و كولپشتي يه ماشين سدان معمولي اون هم ماشين كرايه از گرب مالزي كه دقيقا مثل اسنپ و يا همون اوبر هست براي ما فرستادند و تا فرودگها تمامي وسايل و بچه هاي بالاجبار در وضعيت نامناسب و برروي پاهامون نگهداري شدند .
ج- اصرار بر بردن حداكژر سود از مسافر توسط اسن چنين آژانسهايي باعث افت شديد تورها ميشه
د- هر چند در ابتداي خريد تور پيشنهاد آنها براي انتخاب هتل بسيار مناسب بود و هتل هاي ارايه شده از كيفيت مناسبي برخوردار بود.
ه- روز قبل از تور گنتينگ با توجه به وجود كودك 3 ساله در خواست كرديم كه اگر ممكنه تور را براي ما برگزار نكنند هر چند هيچ بيعانه اي از طرف ما پرداخت نشده بود و راحت مي توانستيم خودمان تور را برگزار نكنيم اما به جهت اخلاق باهاشون هماهنگ باشيم اعلام كردند 50 درصد جريمه مي خوريد و مبلغ 100 دلار بايد جريمه بدهيد به دليل اينكه ما از قبل راننده گرفتيم و ماشين براي شما گرفتيم بنابراين بايد به اون موسسه خسازت بديم ماه مبا توجه به اعلام مبلغ خسارت قبول كرديم و فرداي اون روز توربرگزار شده توري كه پول غذا و تلكابين بچه ها را ازمون گرفتند و مهمتر از اون اينكه اولين صحنه جالب صبح حضور يكي از افرا آژانس و همچنين ماشين شخصي خودشون براي انتقال ما بود منظور اينكه از هيچ موسسه اي رااننده و ماشين رزرو نكرده بودند مي تونسيتن در برابر مبلغ كمتري تور را كنسل كنند
ز- هزينه يگ گنتينگ و تلكابين و ناهار رفتن براي 4 نفر كلا ميشه 400 رينگت معادل 500 هزار تومن كه براي ما 200 دلار آب خورد ( البته مهم نيست اين انتخاب خود ما بوده و تفصير فرد خاصي نيست)
در پايان سعي كنيد با همه افرادي كه تور به شما مي فروشند رك باشيد - از اينكه ما ايراني ها خيلي نسبت به هم كم لطف هستيم و بيشتر سعي مي كنيم منافع خودمون را در نظر بگيريم بسيار ناراحت هستم - اين رفتار باعث ميشه اعتماد به هموطن وجود نداشته باشه
اميد وارم اين نظر باعث بشه اين آژانس خودش را اصلاح كنه و هموطنها با در نظر گرفتن مواردي كه نوشتم براي انتخاب اين آژانس تصميم بگيرند
