★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware this company... EK Build and Enitial Build. Is a super duper bad payment company. The person in charge can be disappear with no answering and reply message to you when you trying to looking for them. I had a project with them at JB double storey houses. Everything had done and final. After that they just ignore me don't know how many years. Call to office they always said person in charge engaged or not in office. The worse part is, the accountant said he can't do anything, ask me just sue the company only.
