★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Night bus from KL to Kuala Besut (for Perhentia) was a nightmare. No sleep whatsoever because the driver went so fast on the curvy route that we arrived an hour before scheduled, which also left us stranded at the bus station in the dark far before the connecting shuttle company opened. I came down with a cold due to the lack of sleep, compromising an expensive stay on the islands. Would NEVER do again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their hospitality and service surprise me! The best so far!! The bus is clean and the seats are accompanied with 2 USB port charging. My trip from penang to kota bahru was amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad service ...the bus should be 8.20 Am but 9.24 Am not coming yet...info from staff the driver back home to take a bath .don't deserve any star at all..many time happened..you all should re-type terms on tiket we should be here after 30 minit or 1 hour maybe...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEIR TIMETABLE IS A LIE!!! We took the bus from George Town which should have arrived in Kuala Besut at 16:15. Instead, at 17:45 we are still on the bus doing a huge detour via Kota Bharu (and have consequently missed the boat to the Perhentian). They are incapable of running an "ekspres" bus service. Avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience in my whole travelling years. i urgently need to use the restroom but the driver did not listen to my request. we drives pass the gas station but the driver still insisted to stop at RNR. the driver also drive like a mad man! the bus tersagat two times. i hate this trip
