The lady has a terrible attitude towards her customers, I couldn't get much info about the flowers from her as she seems to be irritated when I asked about the price, types of flowers available etc. She ignored me since the moment I stepped into the shop although it's obvious that I needed help from her since it's my first time buying flowers. She even asked me to stop asking questions until I'm done choosing the flowers. Worst attitude I've seen so far for a person who does business. I've seen several reviews from google mentioning the poor customer service but I did not expect it to be this bad. Definitely rating it a ZERO out of 5 stars if possible. Strongly not recommend anyone to visit this place unless you want to be treated badly.

β β β β β Elaine is such a sweetheart, sheβs friendly and very honest. I called and asked for roses and she told me a different price but when I got there to collect. She gave me a much cheaper price because I didnβt want wrapping and instead of just charging me the initial price.
She could have always just charged me the initial price and got away with it. Very honest and flowers are reasonably priced as well.
