β β β β β I had my ACL injury last December and decided to go ELE physiotherapy for my post surgery physiotherapy. I must say, THILA IS VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. She is very patient in the treatment despite my bad performance, and gives a lot of helpful advice along the way. Thankfully, after 6 session which stretches for nearly 2 months, I confidently walk without crutches and do some simple exercise -- things that I can't even dream of 2 months before as my range of motion is very limited during the time. Thank you so much Thila and everyone working over there for being super duper lovely and helpful. However, I must say the management will still need to work on to provide a faster response whenever there is a change in appointments due to any kinds of emergency.
