Time arrived to you shop : Between 1pm- 3pm
I was charged twice for gold purchase. When I called Ambank's customer service, I was informed that I need to check with the Elil Many Jewelers
and at the same time I have lodge dispute complaint to the bank.
1) I am appalled that I am the one who need to verify with the Elil Many Jewelers if they have submitted the transaction twice. From my experience , it’s clearly shown your shop has charged me twice and without any reason says why?
2) I don't mind filling up a dispute complaint against your Elil Many Jewelers shop .However, don't ask me to provide you with information that you already have. You are not only wasting my time but precious time as well.
Being the dutiful customer that I am, I called to the bank last night and confirmed that they have submitted twice transaction to Ambank. To add insult to injury, I was told by the bank that I can only will be reimbursed around 12 working days.
My complaint can be verified easily :-
(1) check my transaction history to confirm the transaction was posted twice, I can see it online so I suspect Elil Many Jewelers can as well.
(2) check the file from the Elil Many Jewelers shop, there's 2 entry lastly.
(3) check your posting file. It's not rocket science.
I do hope Elil Many Jewelers will look into your customer service and work towards improving it. As a well-known Jewelry Shop in Klang, you might want to look at an proper skills and getting serious into payment part as we are customer’s didn't wants to wasting/spend our time in such carelessness from your shop.
I hope I will get a immediate response towards my complaint and what is the solution of it?
