โ โ โ โ โ It's a business area with offices on the upper floors. On the ground floor are many food outlets. One can easily satisfy one's palate be it lunch or dinner. There are ample parking around the building. It is only a ringgit per hour

โ โ โ โ โ Condominium is good to stay with Pool, Gym & walking area. Condo rent starting from 1500 + with furnished houses. Nice place to stay as business places like hotels, salons are attached down.

โ โ โ โ โ You can get rooms or apartment for rent at there and there are available the ground floor shops ilke food shop, electronic shop, house hold things shop and more I think u can get the contract number form Custermer service and they are available parking floor and good service
