★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service is incredibly slow I won't repeat going here for any services. so I had to wait overnight for my 20pcs postcard to be done and it was the worst print I’ve ever received, all 20 of them were stained with ink!! quality is so bad the price is high too. so I went back to get a refund & the worker named sabrina i think was so rude, she gave sarcastic comments about how I am being unrealistic in hoping for a nice print. she said “memang tak akan dapat color solid walaupun kita try print banyak kali” saying it loudly to her colleague indicating that she was saying I was at fault.
please just go to other printing houses. it’s not worth the trauma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent an whatsapp enquiry and was appalled by how it was ignored on follow on simple enquery. Yes, probably some business is too 'small' to be entertained.
Thankfully I get my things done in another printing shop in same area, with friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has always been my go to shop for the last 10 years, ever since i grad and start my job in perdana.
Maybe the fella down there doesn't know the owner has passed from covid, and now i have trouble printing somewhere else coz no where is as reliable, good and affordable as elit station. I wish the new management picks up the phone. Inallillah to Kak Sabrina. I wish Elit comes back cause i really have no where else to go for printing material for my feelance work
