VERY BAD. WE DID A CAR BOOKING HERE. THE LADY TOLD US ALL WARRANTY FOR 5 YEAR BUT WHEN WE CAME BACK HOME AND CHECK IN MUDAH.COM SOME WARRANTY LEFT ONLY FOR FEW MONTHS. NOT TRUSTED DEALER. THEN WE WANTED REFUND. HAD TO WAIT FOR 1 WHOLE MONTH. THAT ONE ALSO THEY CUT RM200 FOR ADMIN FEES. FIRST SAID *FULLY REFUNDABLE* BUT THEN HAIYAA. VERY BAD. ONE LADY GAVE US ALL FAULTY INFO ABOUT THE CAR. MY ADVISE IS TO BETTER CHECK ALL THE RIGHT INFO BEFORE BUYING HERE. NOT TRUSTED DEALER AT ALL.

Instead of apologising the mishap, she accused me of not telling the truth. Vivian claimed she helped me? She need to help herself 1st learning customer service. I am dropping down the rate from 3 stars to 1 star because of this unprofessional remarks. ALL THE BEST to Elite Highway Automobile for their future business. This is a true buyer experience from booking to collecting car. 1- Called and made appointment with Vivian to see the car and but entertained by unprofessional sales person Sarveen. Its ok, somebody is learning 2- Put down the booking as advertise the car mileage was 56k year 2014. The car was OK. 3- Submit loan and they took more than 1 week to reach to AFS bank. Once bank approved loan, they told me to that the car was not 56k but it was 90k km. I saw 56k on the speedo meter because it was actually 56k miles. What a nice surprised!. Then they proposed to take another another car with addition 10k. Lucky the car has a better mileage which is 48k year 2015 with 2 months warranty from local dealer. 4- Appeal to bank to increase loan. asked for MBB but they submit CIMB which I stressed again to them I want MBB. Late submission again and I have to personally liaise with the bank officer for my loan. I stressed that I don't want to deal with Vivian again because of an extra additional RM400 instead of purchasing RM170k car with RM30k cash down-payment. No free gift asked, no tinted, no tng or smart asked. Only RM400 to absorb and she denied me. Heng did the damage control and absorbed it. 5- Car delivery: Car not properly wash because of water issue, not polish, not fuel up, windscreen with acid marks and no spare key. Heartache... Lucky the Heng did some damage control, otherwise I am gonna loose control of myself. 6- Only collect spare key 1 week after car delivery with no battery in it. Sigh... Overall experience was very unpleasant other than the damage control done by Heng. If not because of Heng, I would withdraw from purchasing the car. This is the truth, the whole truth from buyer perspective. I have 11 time experience in purchasing car, this is definitely not that I want to remember. Hope this will help other google users or car seekers from my sincere bad experience. I gain nothing from this except to know other buyer is protected.
