★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an air-conditioning unit from Harvey Norman Malaysia and was promised by your installer, R&E Air Cond Specialist Sdn. Bhd., that their technician will be arriving at our residence at 3.00pm today to install the air-conditioning unit.
Sad to say that no one from R&E Air Cond Specialist Sdn. Bhd. called to reschedule the appointment. It was only after I called them that I discovered that the technician would only arrive between 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
Needless to say, this is unacceptable. Surely a system ought to be in place where the company can be alerted as to any delays which then can be conveyed to the customers.
A sincere apology was not forthcoming from the personnel of R&E Air Cond Specialist Sdn. Bhd. who attended to my call. Instead, she went on insisting that it was not their fault when one of their technicians were held back by tasks at hand.
Truly, this is unexpected of the brand, Harvey Norman. Perhaps this should serve as sounding board for your appointment of R&E Air Cond Specialist Sdn. Bhd. as your installer and consider appointing another company with better performance record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will not want to purchase from them. Their after-sale services is the worst, especially the Product claim (repair). No one would response to your queries / complaints. Even when you requested to talk to their Managers, they just ignore you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just unfortunate that Harvey Norman Malaysia has no google review opportunity and that few will connect it to Elitetrax. I can understand slow response but zero response after two months on order placement with full payment made is unacceptable for a company representing Harvey Norman brand. Zero pick-up calls to their hotline, zero response after numerous e-mails to their customer service e-mail. I can only assume all the work force within Elitetrax are salary earners only and therefore have zero sense of ownership for the business. Do avoid buying from Harvey Norman Malaysia especially online.
