After pkp no food serving in service centre ....please dont bring your small children because playzone section closed....waiting area quit nice ...but 3s a bit small section area compare to 4s service centre ..come early 15 minutes before appt time ...you come late consider walk in customer

Duty DMCO most of them only take appointments now no longer take walk in. I usually use the HondaTouch app to make my appointments. Whatsapp is also possible to make your appointments. The stuff usually call you up and follow up with your appointment date and send a reminder and once the service is done they would call you up. Often after 1-2days time, they would call to check on the progress of your car. The staff is very professional, friendly and very accommodating. There is not a large selection of food or drinks at its relatively basic at the waiting lounge but it has all the basic needs. Washroom is very clean. So far because of the MCO there is no car wash, however I really hope it comes back soon. Overall great and efficient service spot.

Personally would say depends on who is the salesperson that serve you. So far my experience is good at this showroom. SC is good as well and There is cosy waiting area with free refrashments and wifi.

I sent my car to this centre for major service and took my car the next day. I noted mild bad smell in the car. I ignored it because it was mild. The next day the smell got worse and checked the car properly. Guess what? Spare tyre space was soak wet and the smell was very bad and it got soaked with dirt and dust. ???. Usually we will receive a call from centre to ask feedback. This time not yet...

Not sure how guys have a 4.5-star rating. This is one of the poorest service centers. 1.Front desk needs to learn public relations/customer relationship skills 2.Made an appointment a week earlier, I had to wait 1hour 20minute and no further action. Until I have to raise concerns about me waiting too long. 3.When fixing the appointment clearly stated my new car has some noise from the dashboard, I will need this to be rectified during my visit. But Service assistance convinced too many cars and asked them to come back next time for this rectification. Please understand we are working adults and can not be coming to the service center as frequently as you want. Some take leave to do their service and the reason we clearly mention what needs to be done during appointment call. Itโ€™s your problem if you did not manage the acceptance for the appointment number according to your affordability 4. Got my car after 2 hours. The service personnel mentioned tried to repair the noise from the dashboard but cannot do it and have to bring another day. What was checked for my 1000km service? Tyre, battery, brake, and body condition. When asked how about car diagnosis check? I got an answer that this will only be done upon customer request for 1000 km. I totally donโ€™t understand the purpose of 1000km service. Total rubbish. This is not the only poor Honda service center, there are few as well. Regret purchasing Honda again, Honda stopped bothering customerโ€™s satisfaction since their demand is High. Buckle your service if you want the volume or prepare to be forgotten.
