★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate how their staff treat me. They just give special treatment among famous artist. Even you paid you don't get a satisfying service from them. I really regret taking my pelamin from them. The PIC even scold at me the night I complain about my pelamin is not suit what I want. So rude and double rude when she yelling. Yeah I turned to be bridezilla. Thanks to her. Somehow the baju sanding still I giving applause. My suggestion just rent the reception outfit but please don't take full package even you taking a Grand Hall Package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dresses are pretty, as well as the wedding dais. But if you're concerned on whether they will attend to your demands, then this is not your place. Service and treatment-wise, extremely poor. Embun Klasik definitely will put customers behind their staffs. They won't attend to special demands, and the staffs are extremely rude. They need to learn on how to treat customers properly. Customer database management is extremely poor. What's even irritating was, the workers that are in charge of assembling the wedding dais smokes cigarettes and leaves the tip around your house. For the prices offered by them, I would expect a much better service. Not worth the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of songket collection with an affordable price. Normal price for bride & gro would usually be RM900 but we got ours on promo - RM700.
Staff are professional. Keep up the good job.
Only downside are the shoes are mostly worn out & old... :( Boutique could consider ordering new ones
