★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff lelaki pakai rantai emas halus, jam biru gelap di tangan kiri. 15 June dalam 5:15 petang. Tak ada etika, cara berkomunikasi teruk. Please tukar orang yg jaga kaunter triage. Saya sampai menangis kerana caranya yg kasar.
Saya pergi jabatan kecemasan dgn referral letter from Klinik Kesihatan pada hari yg sama atas masalah psikiatri. Keputusan test saya menunjukkan Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) yg sangat teruk, jadi doctor dah note "URGENT" di referral letter together with nota2 observation dia terhadap saya (weak, request for help, self-harm etc)
Saya serahkan referral letter di kaunter tersebut. Lepas staff tu baca, dia tanya saya "awak ada rasa nak buat benda tu (self-harm) lagi ke?". Saya jawab "tak ada". Dia dgn sinis cakap "DAH TU BUATPE DATANG SINI?".... Saya terus menangis
Dia tengok ic, clip referral letter saya dlm fail dan tinggalkan fail itu di tepi tanpa usik atau maklumkan staff lain. Malas layan
Kemudian another staff datang, tengok fail saya & terus ajak saya masuk. Nasib baik
saya dtg sbb nak rawatan yg sepatutnya terhadap masalah kemurungan. Patut ke saya dtg dalam keadaan separuh mati cuba baru saya boleh dilayan & dibenarkan masuk segera?
On the other side, bahagian yg mengumpulkan pesakit2 psikiatri adalah sedikit kotor, berbau, dan tandas banjir. Sangat memerlukan ubahsuai. Pesakit psikiatri tak stabil, bila berada dlm bilik tu terasa sesak & tidak selesa, jadi makin sensitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how Dr Nur'ain Fatieha Mohd Noor from Emergency and Trauma Department handled my trauma. Very professional and helpful. Very good listener and very friendly. She understood that I have anxiety very well. Thank you soooooo much and I respect you. Thank you thank you thank you gazzilion thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendance was nice but the doctor at emergency ward treated rudely and used unethical words . I understand the heat in emergency but at least use appropriate words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have a rare autoimmune disease and got a relapse and start disturbed breathing. Its very disappointed when doctor in green zone said he not familiar in my disease, he ignore all my symptom and dont know what to do and ask me to go see specialist in specialist clinic meanwhile, my app in specialist clinic lambat lagi ??♀️ he keep tell me they dont have a specialist in ED and ask me to go back home. Because of his stupidness I end up being intubated for the next fews days after because of got a late treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened to my family... We went to emergency in the midnight around 12am. We told them i have a patient who can't breath smoothly (very weak) but not covid-19. Then, the front desk doctor ask us to wait for our turn. We took about half an hour to wait... The patient is not feeling well at all but no doctor or any assistant to come and have a look. To sum up, it's very bad for people who want a fast or emergency services from this department. I think they shouldn't have emergency department, coz not even 'emergency'. They ask u wait and wait and wait.... I'm sorry to say that but not offence to Malaysia medical care. I agreed that Malaysia have a very high quality in Medical care. The government should improve and take attention in this part. Most of the emergency department in hospital Malaysia facing with this problem, maybe shortage of manpower? I don't know, just hope that everyone is healthy and good.
*You can refer to the picture, the facilities in the roon is very old or simple. Even the switch is not in function anymore. Sudahlah HKL macam ini, apa lagi hospital di negeri lain?*
