★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A student came to be because she's been trying to get a release letter from Lim Kok Wing since Oct 2018 and it's Nov 2019 now! Went to EMGS to see if they can do anything.
I ended up wasting my time because there's "nothing we can do". "You must get a release letter from the university then only we can proceed". That's such BS. And they didn't even provide me with an alternate option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMGS should not allow Limkokwing University to bring students / Limkokwing is corrupted.
Bringing new students without the requirements / and they get visa approval ! how come!?
and the VAL letter issued with no problem to those who : no medical check/ no english proof/ no clear status/ as long as they pay little extra to the agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea about it’s existence besides slowing down the process. Whenever a application process exceed the timeframe of what they promised, they will just say it’s solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and they can’t do anything about it ! Ok , fine , Then again what exactly the purpose of EMGS ? Please just be standardized and professional , that’s all we ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful department..I have case with them to provide me release letter to change my visa I already provide them all documents they need with visa cancellation fee but they create a useless and sinseless problem to provide them approval letter no one knows what this letter means if we already have a letter from MDEC and the same letter was used for cancellation before all other EMGS offices are accepting that letter while EMGS KL is not accepting it saying that they have change the rule now... What kind of department is this one letter is acceptable in one office while not in other office of same department..and the letter they are asking not practical and feasible that letter is 2nd active pass while how possible a person can hold 2 passes at a time Incompetence is on peak ......I would request the students to not to choose universities coming under EMGS KL they only focus to create issues rather then their purpose is to solve students issues .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst institutions to deal with in Malaysia. If you send an email, they always refer you to your university. So what is the need to share your inquiry details and say contact us. Really, it is disappointing to have such a place in Malaysia
